Before any project, StemPro is a place parents can trust. We work with minors, one-to-one, so we hold ourselves to a simple standard: nothing your student does with us happens without you in the loop.
You’re never on the outside. A parent is welcome to sit in on any session, and you’re kept informed of what your student is working on. This is a partnership, not a hand-off.
Every mentor is vetted — including a background check — before they ever work with a student. We look for both the professional skill and the character to mentor a young person well.
Sessions are recorded, so there’s always a record — never unsupervised, off-the-radar contact. It keeps everyone accountable and gives you peace of mind.
Students are shown by first name only. Nothing about your child — their name, work, or a photo — is ever made public without your written consent, and we collect no unnecessary personal information.
For any reason, no explanation needed — we’ll take your student’s work down and stop, promptly. Your comfort comes before our showcase, always.
